We installed wireless battery blinds within this period property in North London. Our client’s renovations included huge crittall windows, which create a bright and light living area. However, with south-westerly sunshine pouring in during the afternoon, it was difficult for this stunning space to be enjoyed. So, we used three large blinds to cover the glazing, as well as an internal crittall window and kitchen window. All of the fascias and brackets are powder-coated to the same RAL as the crittall doors to complete the stunning finish.
If your windows don’t have a power source nearby, battery blinds are a fantastic solution. Completely wireless, they use advanced technology and household D-cell batteries to raise and lower the blinds. The blinds are incredibly energy efficient, too; they can last for up to five years with average use.
